At Juthan Chocolate, we take pride in delivering high-quality chocolate products to our valued customers. Due to health and safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of goods once they have been shipped. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds for products that have already been delivered.
However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@juthanchocolate.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Product Defects or Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at info@juthanchocolate.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. Our team will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
